HOW TO SUBMIT AN ARTICLE
To submit your work, please email your document to archivesabound@gmail.com and include a title for the article and the full name you want displayed.
If you have submitted writing to us before, please make sure the name matches your previous submissions.

Once we receive your email, one of our editors will review and proofread your submission, and we will confirm with you if there are any issues or if we will upload it. Please note that as students ourselves, it may take us some time to respond – if you haven't received a response within 2 weeks, feel free to follow up.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Archives Abound takes submissions of arts and culture related writing from university students and young people.
This includes any form of article, including reviews, recommendations, discussions, listicles – anything that takes your fancy. We also accept creative writing in prose, poetry, or script format, as well as art and photography (alongside a written piece).

If you have a pitch for a podcast episode, please contact us to discuss your submission further.

It is important you do not submit any coursework or examined work, as this can go against marking guidelines or flag your assessments as plagiarised.

We have no minimum word count, but we cannot accept submissions over 2,500 words.

Please note that we will provide content warnings on articles where we deem necessary.

We cannot accept submissions that include extreme gore or graphic sexual content. Where your submission contains sensitive personal information, we may have to request edits or decline to publish it.

If you have any questions about how these guidelines apply to your work, or if you are unsure if your article fits in, please get in touch!
